Warranty Information

Soundboks comes with a two year warranty against manufacturing defects 

Warranty Process

• Send email to service@soundboks.nz
• Include serial number (found inside the battery compartment), photos & description of issue
• Soundboks NZ to provide warranty claim form

All returns are at the product owners cost, the returned unit must be accompanied by a completed warranty form and proof of purchase from an approved NZ retailer.
